Brf Ankarkronan in luleå chose proline

Brf Ankarkronan in Luleå chose Proline to take care of its drainage and runoff plumbing systems. The project, which started in spring of 2007, involved all of the association’s apartments. In total, there were 312 apartments divided among 19 three-story buildings with or without basements. The condominum association Ankarkronan is a residential area that was initiated and planned by HSB [The Savings and Construction Association of the Tenants] at the beginning of the 1960’s.

“We started by looking at a conventional solution, but we had heard of Proline and the Proline method, so we made a visit to a worksite in Boden to take a closer look. The choice was simple, given the advantages that Proline offers both in terms of cost and smooth execution and living environment,” says Janerik Johansson, vice chair of Ankarkronan.

“Initially, the project was divided into three stages in three years. When Proline treated the first building, we discovered that our pipes were in worse shape, to some extent, than we had believed earlier. In order to prevent any water damage, we have decided to let the project continue without interruption until all of the apartments have been taken care of,” Janerik continues. “The work flowed well, these are great, responsible guys who really do a good job. Even the residents are very satisfied, some of the ones I’ve talked to almost didn’t notice that Proline was there. That is a good sign,” Janerik Johansson concludes.
