Flexible solution for apartments in borås
AB Bostäder in Borås chose to work with Proline under a frame agreement for relining plumbing and runoff pipes. To this point, Proline has had call-off for around 300-400 apartments where the drainage pipes are to be repaired. Boråsbostäder, which in all has over approximately 7000 apartments and 500 business premises at their disposal, count on a preliminary calloff of about 200-400 apartments per year.
In connection with Proline repairing the drainage system, the bathrooms’ sealing layer and surface layer in some of the apartments.
“With Proline we have the possibility of a flexible solution where the bathrooms can be renovated regardless of the condition of the drainage pipes. In certain apartments the bathrooms have already been completely renovated without taking care of the drainage pipes. With a traditional method, you are forced to also demolish these modernized bathrooms in order to get to the drainage pipes. If we choose Proline’s method instead, we can freely choose if and when our rooms with plumbing will be renovated instead. At the same time, we get a solution with minimal disruption! We and our tenants are very satisfied with Proline, for us it is a very good solution with less stress for the tenants at the same time as we can reduce expenses for the whole renovation job,” says Invar Gabrielsson, property engineer for AB Bostäder in Borås.
