2. cleansing of the pipes 

We dissembly all sanitary units in the apartment.  Through vents, floor drains or toilet or sink connections, we go in and carefully clean the pipes with water and a rotating cleansingtool. After that, the pipes are dried with warm air. We will of course cover and protect all areas where we are working. The residents can stay in their apartment during the few days we need to finish an apartment. The do not even have to move their furniture, neither cover them to protect them from dust.
