To function but not be seen (or be heard or get things dirty).
A traditional replumbing often forces the residents to shower and use the toilet in the cellar, or to move out of their apartments completely – occasionally for several months. Hardly something to look forward to. For the residents, this means a lot of inconvenience and bother, and for the elderly or for people with handicaps, a move can be an extreme upheaval with difficulties adjusting as a consequence. If the tenants are companies or social institutions such as schools, resident care facilities or hospitals, it becomes even more problematic. These days facilities are bursting at the seams as it is, and usually there is no way that people can squeeze together ”in a corner” while the plumbing work is being done.
You can avoid this kind of problem with Proline. We don’t tear things apart and we don’t get things dirty. The only limitation on your daily life is that the kitchen and bathroom can’t be used during a few hours while we are working on them (however, they work completely normally when we are finished for the day). So this means that everyone can stay in their apartments and that the activities carried out on the property can continue without much disruption. Simply put, it’s business as usual.
”Several of the residents have called and complained – Proline never came the day they said they were going to! – even better to be able to tell them that they were actually there on the right day – and the job is already done.””
