We work in people’s homes and at workplaces. For example, at hospitals where we meet both personnel and patients, in different departments where many people are moving around. We also have contacts with large and small property owners and administrators. In all encounters and situations, we must behave and act in a pleasant and service-oriented way. When we have finished a job, you should not be able to tell that we have been there, either.

Everyone in our organization has personal responsibility for his/her work and actions. This demands strong engagement, which also means great freedom with responsibility. Documented knowledge.
