 “The drainage lines of cast iron were in poor condition with several instances of water damage as a result. We explored what it would cost to change all of the lines and pipes, and we could see that the cost would be too high and that it would create big problems for the tenants. Relining of the pipes with the Proline method was a good alternative. Since the bathrooms were in poor shape on the surface, a complete bathroom renovation was done including replacement of floor drains as well as the other water locks for the kitchen and wash basins. When the renovations of all the bathrooms were finished, Proline was able to start their job with relining of pipes and lines. The work was documented on film, where we were able to monitor the quality. Everything worked really well. The guys who came and worked behaved exceptionally! The relining alternative was for us the best imaginable because of the lower cost, and because it meant the least possible inconvenience for the tenants since they were able to stay in their apartments.”
