quality control
Inspection
We inspect all of our work inside the pipes with a camera. What we see with our cameras in a first inspection of the wastewater and drainage system are joint displacements, development of cracks, depressions, flawed drops, holes and other things. However, it is not possible to judge with a camera how much material is left of the pipes and thus how much longer they will last. The usual problems causing recurring clogs are back flow, flawed connections between pipe pieces or collapsed pipes and roots outdoors.
Quality control
In the master control plan, every completed unit and pipe is noted and also when the work is finished. During the course of the work, any events and deviations are also noted. All pipes are documented on film so they are clearly traceable. The documentation is given to the property owner after the project’s final inspection.
Working environment
Our work method is described in a risk analysis report attached to the working environment plan the client is responsible for. The risk analysis report, which is drafted with the help of Previa (formerly Bygghälsan), describes among other things how the threshold values will be measured and how waste will be handled. The material we use to cast new pipes is not part of the thermosetting assortment. However, our personnel are trained to work with thermosetting anyway to maintain a higher level of quality and knowledge.
