Patented technique
Proline’s own selfdeveloped technique is protected by extensive patents in most European countries as well as in the US.
Tests
In our own Proline method® we use a glass-reinforced, styrene-free polyester plastic which is watertight and has very good tolerance for wear. The material has undergone tests at SP (Sweden’s Technical Research Institute) and Sintef with excellent results.
If you are still hesitant, it can be reassuring to know that the material is used, among other things, as protection against corrosion on oil platforms in the North Sea and as deck coating on car ferries in Northern Norway in order to protect against the cars’ studded tires.
