Trosabyggdens Bostäder chose a framework agreement with Proline
Trosabyggdens Bostäder AB chose to work with Proline by means of a framework agreement. Altogether, Trobo has over 950 apartments and some 50 businesses located in Trosa and Vagnshärad at their disposal. Most of these properties were built during the Million Program, and the need to repair the properties’ runoff pipes is great.
“We looked for an alternative to conventional methods, mostly because of the high costs that taking care of buildings in a traditional way entail. Yet another contributing factor was the living environment, we wanted as quick and smooth a solution as possible. To not have to tear up floors and walls and move from your apartment is a big relief for our tenants. We then contacted Proline to do a trial run. This test included a building with 18 apartments. We were very pleased with the result, and that is why we chose to sign a framework agreement with Proline in order to repair our entire inventory over time. The work will take place ongoing during a 5-6 year period,” says Christer Lourié, property administrator at Trobo.
